Is it because WTW is only down -.75% now today?

I will GLADLY take you up on your ban bet if the price of WTW is not higher than any price yesterday (you pick the price) by end of trading on 2/28. Deal?

Has nothing to do with Berkshire. Do your own research.

Strictly going by volume. Nothing else.

Strictly going by volume. Nothing else.
And WTW is now down over 1% today.

I only ask because you said we're learning from each other and I'm trying to learn something from you....

You use the low ($31.58) of the high volume day as a reference point. Think of it as a washout.
When we get one of these type days in the indexes, MOST stocks will then be safe to hold for a few months (for short to medium term traders). The current low in indexes was put in on Christmas Eve when volume was light due to vacations. Another thing to watch for is how volatility really picks up the second half of each month (been this way almost a year now).
Today's market action sure looks like it is waiting for some sort of big announcement. Indexes have stalled much of the day.

You said ANY price, not any price of WTW

That's down more than $2/share since the "capitulation/washout" price it hit on 1/14/19 according to Hussss.
Since he posted his OP on 1/10/19 urging everyone to buy Weight Watchers, the stock has lost a little over -18%.
Good call, Carnac the Magnificent!!

76% of the time it works every time.

Hmmm... you know, it may not be a bad buy at this price now. I know that's besides the point though.
Posted on 2/21/19 at 3:41 pm to Hussss
WTW is down another 5% today with 6 days to go.
Now at $29.08, down from $36 on the date of the OP....almost a 20% decline.

Hussss on 1/10 recommended buying WTW when it was at $35.35. He said he bought 1k more shares the next day when it went down 10% to $32.
He based his recommendation on his belief that fatties join Weight Watchers in January to meet their New Year's resolutions to lose weight.
He told us WTW would report earnings today and we'd likely see a nice bump above the 1/10/2018 price mentioned above.
WTW closed today at $29.57, down 16% from the 1/10/18 price.
Here are excerpts from the earnings report from about 20 minutes ago:
In after hours trading WW (formerly WTW) is currently trading at $21.87, down 26% from today's close and down 38% from the day Hussss advised the board to buy WTW.
Raise your hand* if you took his investment advice. (* puts both hands down)

Maybe he will come back around December and tell us to buy EA because they make video games and kids buy video games during Christmas so that must mean huge profits!!!!!
