Just sold home. What ETFs

Not buying a new one, already have one.

What ETFs should i look at (to bring the wife security) but also will more than likely get >10% returns. Substantial to me but under 500k (no cap gains to consider on the sale).

I think you’d have to give consideration to AIS and POW from VistaShares.
