ZG (Zillow) - bottomed out and starting a reversal trend as rate cuts become more likely. It boomed during the last rate cutting cycle, and they shut down the incompetent parts of their company since then
Nuclear plays - I’m big on these and have been for a while. My favorite two - OKLO (the clear market leader, closest to regulatory approval and economic viability) and GSRT (a SPAC merging with Terra Innovatum, another nuclear company. They’re not as far along but the stock is extremely undervalued compared to other nuke plays)

I just brought a big tranch of SCHD. Stock price is down a little, but the long term prospects are good and the 3.8% yield is consistent and growing. I expect people holding treasuries to buy in once rates are cut causing the price to increase.
