I wonder if it would be green if the royalty would’ve failed. It’s going to keep giving investors time to load up, but makes no sense.

I'm pretty sure companies will generally release the statement either way once the news is known to prevent any potential market manipulation claims. The sooner you make the news public the better/safer.

Volume precedes price. (sometimes)
A lot of activity this morning. The price history doesn't show it but I know that it hit $1.96 briefly because my sell went through. Essentially went up to the resistance. Could just be consolidation now. We'll see
