The main question I have is walking us through the timeline/changing assumptions on why they would estimate JV and FID on the first plant by year end 2021 in the Crux Investor videos, that is now dragged out to "maybe" second half 2022 for FID. All of the same industry dynamics leading to long construction timelines (going from pilot to commercial, labor supply, etc.) should have certainly been known to be a factor at the time they gave those estimators in the Crux Investor videos.
I don't mean to be crass or unfair but (with all due respect) it seems like the board's and the executives' compensation has been escalated very efficiently.
If they have done that for themselves then they owe it to their investors to meet their deadlines and make every effort to not just keep deadlines but beat them wherever possible.
This type of company has the potential to be a massive success but can lose potential billions there for the taking if they allow the least efficient person on their team to dictate the pace of progress.

Excellent idea, but wait until Friday. El Gaucho visits the plasma bank each Wednesday and his lightheadedness often carries over through the next day.
Literally donating plasma as I type this. Pretty much how I've been able to accrue almost 800 shares of SLI.

How much do you get for donating plasma?

It varies slightly, but consistently a little over $500/month. Depends on each month's promotion.

You have a much different definition of donating than I do.
Also, futures are getting walloped

How many times do you donate per month?

So all my remaining shares are long term cap gains now. What says the money board? Sell now and run for the hills or HODL for the long haul? I'm really torn as I'm super bearish on the broader market and if the S&P drops 15-20% I think SLI could be back in the $4's. But long term I feel like this SHOULD be $10-15 by year end if they finally start moving on things as lithium prices continue to do nothing but go up.

Also bearish on broader market. I believe the 24 month risk/reward of SLI is more attractive than reallocating to my primary holding - VTI. HODL for me whether its to boom or bust.

Yeah the question I do I sell now and hope to pick up more shares if it continues to crater to $4-5 later this year. But by selling now I restart the clock on any long term cap gains going forward.

Guess this money is "stuck" until something happens.

Everytime I've gotten to this point and felt like I needed to sell, it has bounced hard

But we were at least in a neutral or bullish market at those times in the past. Now all small cap stocks are getting slaughtered and any near term bounce here is likely to get sold off pretty hard.

Not gonna lie I’ve sold off all my small cap stuff except ORGN and SLI
Holding those but my position isn’t a lot at the moment as I sold a good bit before the new year. I figured this was coming with rate hikes.
This is my opinion, if I had a large amount of shares with an average cost above 3-4 dollars but below the current price I’d consider selling at least a portion and retain the profit. If you got in really cheap I’d continue to hold because I doubt it goes back under 3-4 dollars

I used to it pretty regularly too. You can easily pick up $250 a month if you have the time to sit in a chair for an hour twice a week. The first visit takes a while though due to all the paperwork.

Sold about 1k shares to get my CB back when it was trading just above $10. Was waiting until early Feb to get my original bulk of shares to go long. Going to be a painful few weeks, but I cant turn back now.
