New PR just out on them engaging an investor relations firm.... Would have preferred to see JV news as this PR is relatively weak!

Investor relations would help this stock a lot.

They need to learn to have better PR to keep confidence and volume up

Great news. This was work that Lanxess was supposed to be doing until they cucked out. I hope they get way less than 70% of the earnings from their plants now as they are just along for the ride like Tetra is.

An announcement of a new JV at 70 30 the other way would be massive.

Got to think Koch has played this game before and will put their balls in a vice.

Biggest question in my mind is how are they going to handle building the first facility. Can that land be sold to Koch and then Koch finances the construction? I don’t think Lanxess wants to put money into this.

We should also be realistic and expect delays. Given the switch in JV horses and the other steps needed (feasibility study, etc) I don’t think production will start till the end of ‘23 or early ‘24 and it may take multiple rounds of dilution from further Koch SLI share purchases to get to that point.
