This is where I’m at. I believe in the technology and potential. I enjoyed the ride up to $12. That ride was driven purely by an expectation that a JV was imminent in 2021.
Between SwampCollie’s find (email on German board about first half of 2022), similar sentiment on StockTwits, earnings call being pushed back again and again…I think that a lack of enthusiasm will drive this down further.
I have a limited amount of money that I invest outside of my 401K. 80% of that is tied up in SLI. I’m at the point that it doesn’t seem smart to diamond hand this on a slow ride down when I could temporarily invest in something else for a couple months. I’d happily buy back in later. Of course if I sell, it will instantly go green.

I sure hope they would respond quickly to a report like this, but given their track record I doubt they will. The main items that would contradict this report are why would Lanxess convert their debt into SLI shares if they didn't believe in the process, and why wasn't Mintak selling his own shares or the company exercising the shelf offering if they thought it was a pump and dump scam?

I agree. Why would Lanxess be moving further towards the deal completing if what they say is true.

They definitely need to respond to this.
Gonna try to dig into the reporting requirements and see whether it holds weight. I have my doubts (regarding the accuracy of Blue Orca’s reporting claims).

Idk if y’all read the blue orca thing but slis recovery rate is only 13%? Is that true?
