Are you saying that this is a buying opportunity?

Could the PEA not come back favorable and torpedo this thing?

I can dream can't I? Lol

I'm still up well over 100% so I have lots of time to be patient. I'm in it for the long haul, but like I've said a million times the lack of any pr is frustrating

Maybe if Mintak wasn't going to london and drinking wine and giving dudes handjobs under the table, we'd get some type of communication.

I saw mintak filling up some balloons and he was laughing to himself and saying “heh heh I got their PEA”

I hope none of you shareholders are within throwing distance of him

It’s certainly a possibility and needs to be considered in your valuation and risk assessment.

I’d say it’s slim, though. They have done the economics on the process already at Lanxess and it looks good. They are just relating it to the other leases now; the brine resource should be very similar compositionally. Lithium prices have gone up since the Lanx PEA. They are incorporating a huge cost savings in recycling their byproducts for neutralization.

I think there is very minimal risk in this PEA but certainly can’t say zero. Main risk factor being, in my opinion, if Tetra has no piece of this, is the capex to get the brine out of the ground prohibitive.

A neutral or negative PEA won’t break the company, either. Still plenty of potential elsewhere. But short term, market cap would probably be cut 33% if this is the case.

I don’t think a negative PEA would lend to a more delayed release, either. Because of the multiple firms working on this and the fact that the report is officially filed, I think we’ll hear the results practically as soon as it is available, good or bad.

Getting close to the pre Cramer price, so I got back in at $7.15. It’s been a little quicker than I expected. It was still too hot three days after, so I waited. I may be regretting back in at this price on Friday, which is about how long I expected it to take. Time will tell, but I got FOMO on the dip seeing it drop so much the last few days.

I find it quite odd the shorts are piling on now... when we're near the gap filling, instead of piling on when it was at an all time high in the low $9's just a while ago.

Anybody know why ETrade won’t’ let me sign up all of my accounts for the lending program?

I think there are minimum share count or account $ levels you need to have to be eligible.

ETA: and as the name implies you need to own the shares. Can't be trading on margin like el Gaucho.

Not just the SLI shares either. You can’t do paid lending on a margin account at all. Even if you’re paid up and not currently borrowing.

That's not necessarily true. I don't trade on margin, but got my account approved for it (Level 4 on Fidelity) so that I could get the fully paid lending income and sell covered calls at the same time.

Must just be an E*TRADE thing. I called and tried to figure it out, they said I would have to close all my positions to turn the margin approval off on my account in order to be eligible for share lending. I said no thank you.

Guys there’s a lithium company called sigma lithium that just signed a 6 year deal with lg

Anyone done DD on this one? It’s market cap and share price are similar to SLI and also HQ in Vancouver. They’re near ATH right now at $8.50. Would’ve expected a bigger gap up today with that LG deal though. Sounds like a Standard clone. Mintak better not let them steal our market share!

I have margin trading approved on the account I want enrolled in the lending program. I have another account that was approved with a lower balance so I do not think that is it.

Looks like they mine lithium from Brazil. Closest potential DLE "clones" are Lilac/Lake Resources and Cypress.

Alright the gap just filled now... yikes! Sucks bad to be down this much on a day when the market is up big time.
