It’s a jab at Smackover. I believe he bought some when I brought it up to him about a year ago. Was under $2 when I got it. Not sure where it was when he got in.

The locations on his Twitter messages were Cologne and then Frankfurt on 9/23 before London. When you click on his messages, it shows the time and location under the tweet. There is no privacy on Social Media. A lesson for all of us.
