No they are appointing a process agent. They have to do that for certain compliance issues because they are a Canadian based company. It’s basically just a US address for them.
What I’m not familiar with is whether this is just standard housekeeping procedures or if it is foreshadowing an offering in the near future. They would have to do this to execute an offering on the NYSE.

You’re talking like a registered agent? I assumed they wouldn’t need one since they are set up in Arkansas.
An offering is the only thing I could think of. If they do one I just hope they time it with the PEA or JV announcement to lessen the blow.

My reading is this is just paperwork to have all the ducks in a row in case the offering is needed in the future. Mintak said in the shelf offering PR a few weeks ago that they had no plans to use it anytime soon and were well capitalized for upcoming milestones (presumably JV and FID on the first plant), so he’d have serious egg on his face to use the offering before the JV was executed.

Getting camp ready for deer season and with the nice weather maybe do a few projects I've been procrastinating on.
ETA-problem is I get there and just want to fish, shoot shite and drink beer. I'm great at getting projects about 65% of the way done and getting sidetracked on something else.

I keep shite in disarray from constantly doing shite, so it always looks like a construction zone. I'm getting some shite done this weekend though!!

I understand. I've been helping some friends build a cabin in the NC mountains for 6 years now. We always seem to get sidetracked by beer and food. One day we'll get that thing finished, maybe.
