Man the accumulation at this $5.10 level is awesome. Steady volume and just flatlining after a big gap up. So strong.

Do you think we'll see a run up then big drop after the uplisting tomorrow?

I'm also assuming this will be available on Robinhood tomorrow... not sure what kind of wrench this throws into it.

I know many have mentioned how tightly held this stock seems to be.

Basically, we are having heavy volume (already almost double normal) and the price is holding north of $5.

In general, when a stock hits certain thresholds or walls, and volume increases it tends to be a drag on the stock... as for example, those that got in early sell off and they outweigh the buyers at that threshold.

Here we breached $5, sellers have entered to lock in some profit yet and equal amount of purchasers have come in willing to buy at the current high and keep the price up.

That is very bullish.

I don’t think you see a sell the news here simply because the new investors this brings to table.

If needs a good run though. New bottom at 5 would be nice

I think the holders hold until the price is driven up.

No one is holding to get a used 14ft flat bottom.

It means that there are a lot of buyers willing to pay 5.10. Eventually, there will be less sellers willing to sell their shares at that price and the result will be an increase in the price.

Sell the news is always a short term risk.... there are a lot of people (hell in this thread alone), but that mutiples of profit so I do not want to waive this off.

But, the number of people that now will have access to this stock may very well dwarf that. You mentioned Robinhood as an example. They do not have shares to sell right now - all they can do is buy or watch. A huge sector of the market completely and utterly ignores (and in some cases are mandated to ignore) the OTC.

So yes there may be some volatility for a few days but I think the wave keeps building.

Now when the JV announcement happens, that will be an interesting moment!

There was a short thread that predated this one by a bit. I bought into the DD presented in that one. I've only messed up by trying to flip my whole position and not go in heavier earlier.

For those of you concerned about the prospects, we're getting EV's whether we want them or not. The grid is also getting battery backups nationwide. A group approached us about buying family land to put a backup adjacent to a substation north of San Antonio. These grid backups are going to require huge amounts of lithium.

Will help after up list. Lots of folks don't have a clue what they are holding. They just know their stonk went up. They have no clue why or how fricking stupid they are to sell the day before it moves to the NYSE with the momentum it has sustained in the OTC market. Could double quickly. May not, but odds of it going way up versus way down are heavily, heavily weighted to the upside. Plus JV not announced yet. PEA Tetra project not reported yet. And other news. I'll bet they show revenue this quarter as they have been producing all year with demo plant and Lanxess agreed to buy all initial output. It won't be huge because of demo plant limits, but it's revenue-profit.

I said I was done buying about 50 times. Now I'm thinking about really going in deep once it up list if we don't see a spike. Huge buy won't move it like OTC purchase would.

I'll never sell all of my shares, regardless the price, but will sell the majority if I get to long term cap gains and it's trading above $20. Plan on paying off the mortgage to my house, backfilling with the right long-term amount of index fund exposure (which is at zero for me right now, lol), etc. This is just such a relatively low risk, multi-bagger unicorn type stock. I don't think there will be one to replace it if/when the time comes to sell. All my other speculative stocks have much higher risk profiles, maybe NVVE is kinda similar (as at its core it's a tech company, while other "peers" are capex heavy charging station plays, similar to how STLHF is more like a tech company than other junior miners) but ASTS and AHAC are 50+ baggers if they pan out (20-40% odds) and bankrupters if they don't pan out (60-80% odds), so can only devote a very small portfolio % to those types of plays.
