SLI was decently green in pre-market too, but I guess CPI threw cold water on any hopes of a nice day. Usually it's SLI's M.O. to release PR on horrible market days.

Lifted from Yahoo board: "I attended a meeting at stamps ar.school gym and the CEO said the fid would be made in October and construction starting first of 2027. That meeting was on September 17."
The recent insider purchases seem to have buoyed the price for the time being. If the do get FID/financing and a definite groundbreaking date by end of month, that should be enough to kick this stubborn mule into gear.
