Though I haven't used my AA miles for a big award trip yet, a little flexibility and timing should make them usable. Two things I routinely end up not having but somehow making work with my URs.

Anyone else notice that CSR started a re-allocated the $300 travel credit upon the close of your last statement date? Noticed a new $300 credit for a flight I booked (which I didnt think would happen until 1.1.17). Just fyi, but may be common knowledge

Delta Amex Gold: 60k points $0 1st year.

Is this as good as it get for Amex cards for pure points if transfered to delta for amex? Even the 100k platinum offer doesn't net 60k.

Hmm? 100K MR = 100K DL. Best offer for Delta Gold yeah.

I think what he is saying is that for the plat he will still have to pay the AF. For the delta gold he wont have to the first year.

I guess you could say that. 60K SkyMiles for $0 might be one of the better offers out there for AmEx offers.

But considering that Plat will give 100K miles for an net of $50 (plus a bunch of ancillary benefits), I would go for that rather than gold if I wer to pick 1 between the 2. Not to mention the 100K AmEx points are flexible.

60k miles for nothing is tough to beat. Between the platinum and csr, I don't really need the benefits of the delta Gold. I purely want cheap points.

I have a 75K Delta AMEX Gold sitting on my counter right now that I'm considering signing up for

That's a monster offer for a $0 AF. I need to see if I can get that one.

The 60k offer has a $1k spending requirement, fyi.

Hmm. I had the Delta Gold 3 years ago, got I think 50K points, upgraded a year ago to the Platinum for the 60K offer, could I downgrade to the Gold and get a points offer?

Saw my $300 travel credit for 2017 has already been applied to my card

That $600 benefit went quick as shite. Need to get my passport and use the $100 global entry credit now.

Asking again, since my last question didn't get any responses... Whats the best signup bonus out there right now? Not Chase and not Amex Platinum

Do you know if chase will change payment due dates of multiple cards to the same day?

General question for anyone.. I got a couple of new cards in the last few months and now am at the point where I don't have much use for one of my old cards. I would like to keep the account open and active for credit score purposes. How often should I make purchases on the card to keep it in good standing? Monthly? Or can I get away with going a few billing cycles in a row with no activity? TIA.
