I actually work in corporate, so kind of surprised FAR was my lowest score. I probably over studied for most of these

Anything over a 76 is over studying.

Oh nice. I work in Public which is probably why I thought AUD was easiest. Definitely overstudied. But I dont retain info well for a long period of time so I had to.

Do you have to take any ethics exams now that you're done? I had to do two (an AICPA and then a state specific one), wanted to be done with all of this so badly I did them on Tuesday and Wednesday and had my full application in yesterday

I haven't applied yet. Just procratinating like always. I tried to figure out how to apply, downloaded the two forms and just didn't go anywhere from there.

Which state are you applying in? I will be applying in LA. Not sure if they have an ethics test requirement?

I followed that theory back in the day. Needed 75 to pass: Conditioned 1 by 1, with all 75s, until my last condition, with a mighty 76.
Congrats to everyone who passed - it's a brutal test.

I finished it up in the last window. Passed FAR with a 79.

Reminds me I should start the paperwork to get the actual license lol.

Congrats to everyone that received a passing grade this time.

Oh you are one of those people

I think those people are more common than not when it comes to the CPA. Especially FAR and REG. Brutal tests

Congrats! I just started working at a CPA firm again and had forgotten the struggles of this exam.

So you put your plan in action huh? Don't you have some classes to take to qualify to sit for the exam still? I remember you asking about it.

I passed the exam in 1987 when it was a real test. Walked in with nothing but a number 2 pencil.

Audit was my first.

Plan to get REG and hoping I can squeeze FAR into this quarter as well before football season.

I want to wrap this shite up as quick as I can.
