COiN will be fine when this is all said and done. Crypto is here to stay. And COIN is the biggest fish in the pond when it comes to exchanges.

In other news, the CFTC's lawsuit against Binance lists BTC, ETH, and Litecoin as commodities.

Lol cool story. Crypto is still not going anywhere.

It blows my mind that conservatives hate on crypto. How can you be anti big government and anti crypto at the same time? It makes absolutely no sense at all. Conservatives should be shouting crypto from the rooftops.

Yeah it is just FUD and lack of understanding. They see it all as a scam that isn't backed by anything but doesn't realize USD isn't backed by anything either. It is nothing to be scared of. It might be super high risk but so are a lot of things.

BTC is backed by math.

The US dollar is currently backed by this guy:

99% of arguments against crypto are actually arguments against fiat currency.

Never said it was going away. I literally posted earlier in the thread that P2P will always exist.

The on/off ramps and exchanges are what is going away.

Nope. All you are seeing is an effort to push out the non-traditional's so the big boys can come in and "store" your crytpo for you.

Like Fidelity just released.

this strikes me as an extremely unlikely scenario, specifically as it pertains to Bitcoin and software suites like Bisq.

I’d personally wager a large sum there will always be on/off ramps. And not to take this to any kind of personal level, but it’s no secret to anyone who posts here regularly you loathe the crypto space and I believe you are letting the emotions that come with that proclivity cloud your judgement in saying this sort of thing.

No worries there, I think my personal opinions on the crypto space is pretty clear here. So I can't disagree with you there.

Everyone is entitled to their personal opinions. That is why you don't see me personally attacking people like some do here. And I'm definitely bearish on the space. However I do find it funny, that a lot of people still tell me I just don't understand it. And that is usually their only argument.

Everything the govt touches turns to shite. This is one of the things they actively want to turn to shite. But if they want it to turn to shite is not important, because everything they touch turns to shite.

I do agree with this. Despite what many crypto enthusiasts believe/want to believe, the vast majority are pretty clearly securities.
