Just oversold and going up with XBI and SPY is my guess.
I was bold enough to sell a $9 put when stock was $9.

I made a little off a company who handles online financing for purchases.
And sold as soon as auph hit 9, and bought.
So I'm in for about 70 shares at 9.05. And 9.10.
Nice turnaround after quick fall.

Only thing worries me is that this PR sounds like it's designed to make them look less stupid when they eventually take $18 a share...
They can say "yeah we were offered $35 once, but we REALLY wanted to try and do this alone, darn it!"

Was about to say let’s note todays close price $9.16. 4x multiple is about $36.50. At this point I’d be happy with that but if you take the patent value consolidated into a large pharma it’s probably worth 6-7x. Unfortunately I think Peter dropped the ball a while ago and now we’re negotiating from a weaker position than moments after the patent was signed.

A good CEO would have accepted $20 before phase 3 was completed, or $30 soon after FDA approval without watering down share value through significant dilution.
But he was hell bent on seeing what he can do with sales while creating new shares for himself.
$24 is the ceiling.

Lots of smoke around the JPM and the law firm enlisted. JPM was noted in the uncooked rumor earlier this year too
I'm starting to think we get around 20 per share and this strategic review is legal advice to cover arse. The MA legal team they have hired has very impressive record

Jumped in Friday as well @ 10 a share. This better be at 25 in 2 weeks.

If AUPH sniffs $17-18, I’m probably closing 75% of my position. This is what, the 10th time in 2 years that some report came out speculating BO? Thursdays news is another nothing burger…like I said before, I won’t believe anything until it actually happens.
