I don’t remember the date but I find it hard to believe the folks that bought in at $15 for $150m a few years ago would be okay with a 185% ROI. I think that’s why this hasn’t been sold, probably a few too many opinions in the board room saying we need $40 min or something pretty hefty. It’s clear I voted in line MKT. it’s time to clean house and let someone else come pick up the scraps. I’m hoping for over $35 but I’ll take 28 to just close the position.

They had an offerring or something at 20pps

They can’t sell below that without issues likely. Especially after diluting with options and RSUs.

My options expire in January, a run to 15 or 16 in next couple months and I’m probably out. Atleast half out

quick question. say johnson and johnson offers $30 a share. How does it work, with selling, would we get the offer thru our broker???

Never bought anything that was bought out

There is a lag period between the deal being made public and the close, lets say 90 days. The shares would immediately jump to about $28.50-29. You could then sell. The moment the deal actually closes, J&J sends funds, your broker would close the position for the $30/share.

I'm curious how much the option premiums would be.

I doubt the close the entire gap but have to think they'd be within a couple bucks.

All sorts of frickery going on right now. Usually max frickery means something is happening

I normally keep my head down after earnings for AUPH because of all the frickery so haven’t seen an option tree in a few days. What sort of things are you seeing?

IV is decreasing pretty dramatically right now after a very uneventful earnings report.

Sold my 5/19 15s for .55 and bought them back yesterday for .10

But there's not a great deal for sellers on 15s going into June or July.

Not all our wishes but at least the market responded positively to some of the changes.

Honestly, I think that was probably the best case scenario.

If PG were to get replaced, don't you think the new CEO would want his millions of shares too?

Yes but only if they are working in the best interest of the shareholders, which I don’t think Peter is doing on top of his flush salary.

He may have been cock blocked by the board from selling

This frees him up to get it done

If it was him stalling, he now has a timeline to get it done

May 24 calls probablt a very safe bet now

Greenleaf stated that the focus for the remainder of this year is on the commercialization of Lupkynis.

Even if he has BO lined up, he has to say things like this to keep sales moving and staff working.

I added yesterday. None today

Raised guidance and it goes from $11 to $9

That’s because everyone knows there’s absolutely no feasible GIA strategy.
