It's clear they are selling, you don't down size ur office, to a strip mall, from a swank, cozy down town place, unless ur done.
Having that swank office is important to coo, CEO,etc. It's about the humble brag.
I know a few guys who own companies, the ones in downtown Clayton always humble brag. One who has his office in strip plaza or at home don't care. And guys who have strip plaza or home office make a lot more than those swank guys and still don't brag.
I know people have been burned with this stock, but my gut feeling has always been, they r selling this time. It's why I jumped in.
Once that investor came out and made idle threats, this became more real as a sell. Time will tell

Lots of signs saying they are selling or just working final documents.
The CMO replacement was basically a check the box guy. Hiring interns vs employees for everything
Remote work and closure of their office and research facility. The JPM tie in the March rumor that is now clear on news letter. RsUs vs options granted. ILJN leaving PG in place while voting out the two board members
