I still go back to PG’s comments “read between the lines.” That’s the only thing keeping me calm at this time.

This has really tempted me to add some more shares now that it is around $19.

What is the ATM with that financial services company? Like explain what that is and why?

They can sell up to 250 million dollars worth of new shares to Cantor on the open market whenever they want to.

So about 12.5 million new shares at $20 or roughly 6% more dilution.

IF they feel the need to do so...

What does Cantor do for them? Why would auph be incentivized to do so.

I'm sorry. Cantor is just the sales agent. Apparently they are the leader in this field.

AUPH would want to do this because it's a straight up cash raise. But, as mentioned, they don't need the cash.

The whole things stinks honestly, but it could have been necessary in negotiations.

This management has done this in the past without exercising the options. The management doesn't have an incentive to dilute the value of their own stock and the company has the cash to continue without dilution.

At this point I don't see any indication that they will need the money or have an incentive to reduce their own position value

Does it get disclosed publicly if they actually sell shares through the ATM?

Yes, but not until the quarterly report from what I've read.

If I’m reading it correctly, looks like over 700k shares traded AH, which is very unusual for AUPH.

495k according to Nasdaq as of a few minutes ago, which is still a lot.

What's a few more weeks or months. I still think negotiations are on.

all the quick flippers and new guys hoping for fast gains in a buyout have bailed.. All that's left are long term holders and the MM's that have bobbed this thing around 10-20% at a time for the last year

I’m still here and heavily underwater. I’m not leaving unless A2 data is bad.
