Super low volume today compared to the last 3 weeks. Last time the volume was this low, AUPH jumped to $28 5 trading days later.

Yesterday was the lowest since 10/22 rumor. Today appears to be even lower.

They seem to be struggling to walk it down much lower.
I wonder how many shares are tied up, meaning unwilling to be sold. Gotta be getting pretty high. I believe the volume indicates that.

If there is no announcement tomorrow there might be a dip. For those with confidence that's a potential buying opportunity

I tend to agree with an opinion I just read on StockTwits.
If BMY doesn’t announce tomorrow, they got outbid.

OR, Aurinia said “no” to 44.50, which would kinda suck.

But you’d think BMY wants Lupkynis pretty badly since they have plenty of cash, publicly stated their rheumatology needs, and terminated their Lupus Nephritis clinical trials.

I'd they turned down 44.5 they are very very confident in what they have. Probably more confident than I am but I guess I see why.

I don’t see it dipping a bunch with that type offer out theee.

If they declined it, they would have clear line of aight to a lot more money

How big do we expect this dip to be? Down 4% right now

Thinking about putting more in. Might space it out a little. Just a little weary that we’re in the same spot when we got approval and it spiked to $26 I think then bottomed and leveled at around $14

BMY investor meeting tomorrow. I’ve taken the safety off and finger on the trigger to go full send if news leaks or here is to hoping it does.

PG’s comments 2 weeks ago was more than reassuring that a BO is very imminent, wether it’s BMY or another company.

“Read in between the lines”
“May not provide guidance for 2022”
“We’re going to do everything to get this drug out to as many patients possible”

Did people really think BMY would walk out on stage at an investor's conference and say "HEY GUESS WHAT! We just spent $8 billion on another pharma company!"

Yes, people are really that desperate for a buyout. Seeking alpha had 24k searches for AUPh articles in the last 90 days and yet no news

yeah but who in the world would think BMY would announce that today?

they did, however, make it pretty well known that they have cash to spend and the most preferable path to growth is acquiring "small-to-medium sized bolt-on companies"

stocktwits has all kinds of totally unhinged investment experts.

That matches narrative I've heard that pointed people to a buyout. I figure it's a lot like waiting to hear back ok a job interview. This is one of a few critical items going on and while it is appearing to take a while it's hard to know without seeing what all they have to negotiate and where they're at in the talks

Just throwing this out there. Kezar Life Sciences had positive results of its phase 2 LN drug.

That's getting talked about a bit by people interested in AUPH. But they have a long way to go between phase 2 and phase 3. Also keep in mind the number of drugs that make some difference but are inferior compared to the gold standard.

The A2 36 month results should be out soon. Everything through 30 months was consistent with AUPH being the standard of care.
