Not sure what you mean. ABML is OTC. There is no premarket.

I don't see this as something they threw together overnight.
Well overnight they went from 13 million shares to 90 million lol in the offering. As I said, with a shelf out there, these are ready to go - it is a matter of how many for how much. This is not being built from scratch.

Again,
can you talk to what this means long term? Obviously in the short term we can expect a price pullback.

If you are a long term investor - this could end up being positive as they do need to raise cash to build out. So long term - I think it may be positive if you believe this is a multi billion product (the tech does look great - I worry a little on market size). If you believe in the product, this is cheap capital compared to what it would have been last month so that is a positive.
It is short term that is tends to create a road bump... tends too... right now - who knows.

It means you own 10% less of ZOM than you did yesterday. It also means ZOM has around $170MM more on their balance sheet than they did yesterday. It’s the opposite of a share buyback.
As a shareholder you ask yourself two questions-
1) How we’ll do you think ZOM will use this cash influx?
2) Why now? Is it because they think the price is peaking or is it simply the timing of when they need the cash? The fact they increased the offering 7x means the latter isn’t as likely. However, raising $170MM would have been nearly impossible 6 months ago, so you have that going for you long term.
That being said, any stock can do any number of things that defy logic in the short term.

In my experience, they are now treading some shaky legal ground with that move. The offering went from not being all that material to being material overnight. The only redeeming aspect I see in that release is their indication that they may buy out some of their original investors from Series 1, which often is a tool to remove people who are holding back an early stage company.

My assumption is that ZOM needed funds and their schedule pushed to the right due to COVID. They have a planned date of late March to begin selling their product and leveraging their partners sales team. My question is did that March date push back? I haven’t seen any news pushing that date back. Since they are not turning a profit, the date pushed and they probably need money to float the business with some contingency until then.

RH has spoiled me. I'm not use to having to wait days to use my money after depositing
