I don't think anything tops the loss to Troy as worst LSU games of the decade... in the regular season.
1.9.12 is worst overall.
Best: 2019 Bama...I cried
ETA: I would probably rank the loss to Alabama in 2012 regular season up there with Troy simply because if LSU holds on to win, we more than likely are National Champions. That was such a heartbreaking finish.

2019 Bama in Tuscaloosa - it removed the albatross hanging over the program since 2011 and the emotion LSU players and coaches showed in that game made me realize this team is going to run the table.
Worst
The opener against Wisconsin at Lambeau when you knew Miles was not going to change after watching that debacle. It wasn't Bama in 2011 for me because I knew that was going to be a tough matchup after LSU won the Game of the Century - it was a no win game for LSU and Miles did not have them ready.
Wisconsin - Miles had an entire offseason to fix the mess and failed to make even the slightest change as it was more of a we will do it my way slap in the face of all the LSU fans and players.

Worst- 2015 Alabama game
How the hell is the answer anything other than 01/09/12?

Best 2019 Alabama (I would have listed Clemson, but you stated 2010-2019 so I can't list a game i 2020)
Worst 2017 Troy
Worst 2017 Troy

Best-2019 Alabama. I was more nervous for this game than the title game. I knew we would beat Clemson, but Bama always determines whether we would get to that title game.
Worst- national title game 2012.

2019 at Tuscaloosa is the best for me
Worst was probably 2014 MSU game. That was the first time other than the 2008 aberration year that you could say that LSU was just dominated. We made a late run to make the score look respectable but that was when you knew without any doubt that the decline was real.

Ignoring 2011 natty and 2019 natty (because those are the obvious answers).
This years 2019 tamu game is best. That senior night tribute followed by an absolute demolishing on all sides of the ball was amazing to see. The feeling in Tiger Stadium was awesome.
2014 Alabama is worst.
I was livid after we got the fumble and got an unsportsmanlike penalty on 1st and goal at the 6. We could have closed the game out.
Vadal Alexander got called for unsportsmanlike 15 yards for removing a guy who was grabbing his leg hyper aggressively. It was one of those 2nd guy is the one the refs saw, because Vadal did nothing wrong it was 100% on Bama. Settled for a FG and lost in OT.

I'll throw 2014 Mississippi State in the discussion for worst. Came close close to leaving early for the first time but then Brandon Harris started going off
ETA: two posts up beat me to it. Yeah some Bama losses are obviously worse, but not only were we totally dominated in that game, it was by fricking Mississippi State. Yeah Dak Prescott's State but still State.

LSU vs Bama November 2012 was the worst feeling I've felt for a football game. Ripped my heart out.

Outside of all the gut wrenching Bama losses for me it is hands down any time we have lost to Arkansas, Ole Miss, Mississippi St. We should NEVER lose to those programs

1.9.12 was the worst. It was always going to be tough to win, but the game plan (or lack of) was just so bizarre, the defense played pretty good, but the lack of any sort of adjustment on offense was crazy. Every fresh set of downs I waited for something different and it never came.
Too many favorites to narrow it down, but the comeback in 2017 vs. Auburn was pretty awesome.

2019 Alabama. See 2018 Alabama below. RELIEF.
Honorable mention 2017 Auburn. Baking on the East side for that 20 point early 2nd quarter Auburn lead, I told my friends if they scored again I was leaving. When DJ Chark returned the punt to make it 23-21, I remember the pure joy standing in the portal doing my best PP7 Windmill impression. Incredible time.
2018 Alabama. Got great seats for a fair price and like every other year convinced myself this was the one. 29-0 later I felt we were as far from competing with them as ever. My perpetual optimism was crushed that night, but like they say, it's always darkest before the dawn.
Honorable mention, 2012 Alabama. Which is tough to say because 95% of that game was exhilarating. The gut wrenching ending is something that sticks with me but I don't know if I've ever seen Death Valley that alive.

Best: LSU beating UGA at UGA this December to win the SECCG. After throttling them, I knew we would win the playoff.
Worst: Beating Bama in the 2011 GOTC. Watching the media announce a rematch immediately after the game while interviewing Miles was a slap in the face. All momentum we had for the future was gone there. Our program was literally "put in its place" after winning one of its most important games ever.
