Because of that, people are acting like 9-3 is a miracle. Funny how Les’ 9-3 avg wasn’t good enough, but the remarkable turnaround makes Orgeron’s 9-3 a raving success in the minds of many.

This x100. Plus, 8-4 was the absolute floor for the season realistically, and, I always thought this year was a 9-3 year....that was the problem. I said months ago this same thing, that unless O was actually immediately hyper-successful - we're in for some problems. That a 9-3/8-4 season was what we don't want but because he's O, he's going to get a lot more leeway, for a long time, than Miles did.

He definitely didn’t let them quit.

This is true.

I’m looking forward to next year to see what happens.

Next year is going to be interesting for sure. Nothing I've seen this season has convinced me that O can win a championship. Not in how are games have been strange rides, often unprepared starts, the feud with Canada, etc. But if he can string together 9-3 seasons, we'll never get rid of him. We'll be in the same exact boat as Miles - lose 1-2 games we should win, always lose the big big games, which is Bama right now. And that's it.

The schedule narrative is also BS in 2005 our schedule was worse and at this point in that season with a much better roster we were 1 game better than we are now. The only difference is the anti-O army now devalues wins based on schedule strength when before it was never once brought up. As usual you’re ignorant.

The 2005 team was 10-1 at this point with the only loss coming to #10 Tennessee in overtime. There was also a fairly significant event that had a huge impact on that season.

Don't be dumb.

Be honest, after Troy you were hoping LSU would go 3-9, weren't you? The 6-1 run has infuriated you.

You then put words in my mouth that I was using the transitive property to say south Alabama was better than LSU.

Right.. I didn’t have to put shite in your mouth. You did it yourself when you said this

And they're 9-2 in a scrub conference. And lost to 4-7 south Alabama.

So if Troy is shitty because they lost to USA, then is LSU not really good because they beat Auburn?? THATS what the frick I was trying to say... not that you were trying to say that USA > LSU... get out of here with your shite

I'm so mad I can't stand it. That game against Troy was the happiest I've ever been. To see LSU be embarrassed like that gave me a full chub. Now after winning these next games and playing Alabama so close, I haven't had a boner in over a month.
