They'll both play. I think the bigger bodied Jennings has some advantages and the stronger arm of Harris has some as well. It's going to come down to maturity and who can consistently make good decisions. I really don't think they have similar skill sets as others have posted, but they can both handle what we are asking of our qbs and that's what matters. I can't imagine a scenario where Harris sits all year and then has a big disadvantage next season. Expect both to play for at least the first 3 or 4 games.

during the 2010 season JJ is playing like dog shite, putting up putrid numbers and Lee comes in and bails him out
Last 3 games of 2010, Lee was given his chances. I guess you know more than the staff, though.

I'm honestly astounded that someone can be so notoriously hated and only have 142 posts in 10 years.

The majority of his posts are from the last 3 months. When they're filled with negative crap like this, people get tired of it quick.

Some type of 2QB system when executed properly can be a thing of beauty. See: Leak/Tebow, Flynn/RP. I think we could pull it off and that their skill sets could compliment each other. There will be growing pains this year.

Might not be a stretch. Registered for 10 years and literally only posts negative bullshite. Makes me think it may be a TD veteran's alter created solely for shite like this

Anyone who insists on bringing up a JJ vs JL argument now is a complete and total dumarse.

The best qb LSU has is who will take the most snaps. The people we pay to make those decisions are more competent at it than the best posters here or anywhere.

We may well lose 3-4 games this year, but it will not be because Les Miles and Cam played the wrong qb.

its very possible...i wrote about this b4, the point is we need to pick the qb who will make the fewest mistakes and will make the most plays. they both will take their lumps. not like jennings is polished..hell freeze and make mistakes too. we might as well go with the more talented rookie....his upside is more than jennings....... experience

you know Leslie will make the conservative call and start Jennings.

Just like he made the conservative call and started J Lee as a true freshman?

Just like he made the conservative call and started true freshman Jalen Mills?

Just like he made the conservative call and started true freshman Tre White?

Just like he made the conservative call LAST YEAR AT QB and started AJ over the more experienced guys?

You're an idiot!

Why do some get so upset when a lot of posters dont pump the sunshine on the interwebz? Who fricken cares if he comes off as negative? We need a few posters like that to keep our feet on the ground and balance the overabundant sunshine and rainbow spin on every little thing.

No, you're a pessimist. Your posts constantly spell out how negative you are.

In 8 of 9 years under Les we have lost 2 or more games per season

With how many 10 win seasons? That's the metric for success in this league. Believe it or not, 10 wins is incredibly difficult to accomplish.
quote:

These people who think LSU is making the playoffs this year are out of their minds. We are losing at least 3 games with as young as we are.

Alabama is also very young. Is everyone predicting them to make the playoffs also "out of their minds?"

For someone who is such a "realist," you're awful adherent to predictions of team failure.

Seriously, perhaps you should go into hibernation again. You really don't bring anything new or useful to this board.
