We just kicked Clemson’s arse. Completely unexpected. Now rat poison whether you like it or not.

Now looking ahead to Ole Miss. Will probably be the most watched regular season game of the year.

The distraction could be epic.

Oh wait, there is a game against another team next week? What ‘cupcake’ would that be?
That cupcake just scored 80 points this past weekend and took their foot of the gas at halftime.

First off, they played Northwestern State who lost to LC the week before, an NAIA team... a good college intramural team could’ve beaten Northwestern.

I think LSU will be fine. This is going to be a good time to really let Leavitt sling the ball and establish better chemistry with the WRs.

Tech beat Northwestern who easily could be the worst team in the country. Louisiana College out of Pineville beat them week before.

If last week wasn’t a distraction do you think a little bit of rat poison is going to cause it this week?

It's happened before.

But since Kiffin had them focused for last week's game despite the circus, I suspect he will have them ready this week.

1 game in 3 years; they're an FCS team, at that.

One stat you should ponder.

LaTech’s leading tackler last weekend was a safety. You know…someone who lines up a good 10-15 yards downfield.

He was their leading tackler. Not a LB. Not a DL. Not even a CB.

The safety was their leading tackler.

As Lee Corso would say…uh oh…not so fast my friend.

Lanes last season at Ole Miss had a distraction of was he staying or leaving, when would he stop coaching? If he left, what coaches would stay, who would go?

Lane and his staff seem to block out much of these outside distractions.

LA Tech is coming to play. This will be their Super Bowl. It will be important for Lane to keep everyone’s focus on a week to week basis. But this is nothing new for anyone on that coaching staff. It will be ok buddy.
