If ya'll think those other games were cold, you should have been at the Utah game in November 1976. Miami 1988 for the strongest monsoon.

McNeese 2015. I stayed until they cancelled. That’s when I began to hate Alleva for canceling that game after I sat there for hours developing mild hypothermia.

Miami '88 is the answer, but who remembers the deluge that delayed the Fresno St game in 2006?

I remember at that Miami game watching rain swirling around in huge circles above the field. I’ve never seen anything like it.

08 App State was so strange - everyone was going north to escape Gustav and then there are a few cars going the other way all with LSU flags.

But the worst weather to me was 2015 homecoming vs. Western Kentucky - rained so much the quad was flooding.

Western Kentucky was the deluge game. The male cheerleaders were using the cheer boards to slide across the flooded field before the game.

Eastern Michigan was just cold and windy

Maybe not worst weather but the Auburn game last year was pretty hot. The comeback made it worth it though

And Steve Walsh picked us apart. Hell he could have pitched a tent in the back field. We never even got close to him

My vote is for Tenn 05 as that was so hot, no breeze at all and the crowd was already emotionally spent. I was at the Miami game in 88 and it was something. I also remember steady rain for a long time against FSU a few years later . Somebody said Utah 76 but I seem to remember either Oregon or Oregon State around 1977 or so as being really cold . Also cold was Ole Miss around 2002 ish . Growing up I remember more cold games . The last 15 years have been more frequent monsoons . That OSU game in 04 was a doozie.

1988 Miami game. Deluge so hard in the first half you literally couldn't see the field.
Steve Walsh lit up the LSU Secondary.

Who was there besides myself? (I've seen more LSU games than probably 99% of this board, maybe 100%)

‘88 Miami. I watched the entire game under a sheet of visqueen. The only aspect that was worse was the result of the game.

Does no one remember Fresno State where the stairs were literally flowing rivers?

My top 5 (in my 20s so my list prob sucks)

Florida 2001 - rain, got stomped
Arkansas 2003 - freezing cold plus wind
Tennessee 2005 - hot, post K, choked
App State 2008 - 10am in August...
Auburn 2015- sweltering heat, hottest I’ve ever personally been in TS

The actual hottest game in Tiger Stadium was 1992 Texas A&M season opener.
