We've all seen the power of Nuss's arm when things are working and ideal, he's lethal carving up a defense with decent receivers/routes. So it must be the O Line that is the weak link, and the reason for not being able to run up the middle as well.
Coaching/playcalling is designed to the realistic ability of the players on the field. And the coaches should realize that unless the O Line really ups their game, we had better go to the quick passes or roll outs where Nuss MUST make the run a threat, and throw the damn ball away when neither pass nor run is an option. Any college level qb must do this. Hell, their qb threw into the tight coverage of our extremely talented D secondary, and look what it got him. FIVE interceptions.
The O Coordinaters need to rethink, adjust and have a sitdown with Nuss and spell it out. Lest what would be a bright future go south.

I think some of y’all didn’t pay attention at the end of Les Miles’ tenure here. We had games where we didn’t even get 100 yards through the air back then

Some of y’all need professional help

At least Les Miles' teams could run the ball. This offense can't do anything.

I've obviously been around a lot longer than you, I've been around since 1973 watching LSU football....it's NOT close and it's only 3 games.

Bro what the frick is happening right now? Are y’all really comparing Nuss to Jefferson, Harris, and Jennings?

Jamie Howard and Curley Hallman

Bad take. We'll see what this offense is made of when they actually face real game pressure. My bet is, if in a situation where they must score; they will.

NUSS is hurt with a torso injury since camp. Very limited with reps during the week and especially deeps throws. There’s your issue.

Those Les Miles offenses were unbelievably terrible, some of the most painfully bad football.
Facts are, his teams owned 3 and 4 top spots in most offense categories up until 2019.

Early 10s. I used to clap and scream if we completed a forward pass. This is no where near that lol

Been three weeks and we’ve played 3 good defenses and La Tech.
Chill.
Chill.

You mean the number 2 scoring offense in the SEC is our floor?

Like I said it gets no worse than 2011 jordan Jefferson and Jared lee.
0 points in the dome… defense allowing only 11 per game and you can’t score twice.
Even better you can’t even cross the 50. So like I said it gets no worse than dominant defense and an offense that can’t score.

Ladies and gentlemen here we have the stupidest most ungrateful LSU fan in history.

I recall LSU made it to Bama 30 then a sack and penalty pushed them back out of FG range.
I think PbP still available at LSU.net if you've never visited.
