if wade wouldve been smarter then i could see standing behind him but the payment from a personal checking account is just really stupid. I love wade and thought next year could be special but i really think woodwards hands were tied here.

Kansas is a basketball school. NCAA made them Teflon Don status. They had Self making offers for Zion in writing.

Woody bitched out a year too early. Wade had a national championship line up next year. He had 3 - 5 stars coming in to compliment the current talent + Adam Miller. Should have let that play out. It would have been our first shot at a Natty since 2005-06.

Instead we implode and start over as we let the NCAA bend us over to protect football. We chose the beta route. Not the rock chalk jayhawk way

So Wade played no part in his stupid actions. I’d say this was his fault. No way he could stay with the stupid things easily traced back to him and only him. How is that on Woodward???
I liked Wade but he wasn’t that good he’s just a lot better than what we have had. If you can’t coach you better be able to cheat. He could do neither. It would have always been wait till next year.

I haven’t seen anyone say Kansas is worse. They can deny bc all the money came from shoe runners and not the head coach. So far from what I have seen there has been no link to the coaches and the payments. Sure we could assume. But it didn’t come from his wife’s checking account.

Wade got caught with text threads on his personal cell phone and was moving money from personal bank accounts to players. Yea this is definitely on the athletic director.

Stop with the "everybody does it" stuff. Wade was begging to get nailed by being so sloppy. There isn't an AD in the country who wouldn't have fired the coach with the things that came to light. If anyone set LSU back, it's Wade.
