Read Alexander’s article in the paper.
He said the current defensive staff was assembled with heavy “Woodward input”
a meddlesome AD is a recipe for disaster and another reason he couldn’t hire the next coach
Also the best defense is still 2022 Matt house

I saw a facebook article today saying kelly has brought a lawsuit against the school and it will rock college football. do those facebook pages just make shite up. it was from an account called geauxcrazy or something like that

The defensive staff being Woodward's work means Baker, Raymond and Williams are his work and everyone loved those hires.

Well , when you take a college job , you have to talk to 17 yr old kids and pretend you like it . Part of the reason some guys want the pros !!

Everyone on this board loved Matt Canada at first too.
Our defensive rankings have been plummeting as the season goes on and we still have bama a petrino arky and OU.
Baker can’t defend a running QB.
Additionally.
You hire a 10 million dollar CEO right or wrong you have to trust his judgment for cohesiveness of the staff. I mean the guy hired clark Lea Mike elko marcus freeman.
If you are hiring his assistant coaches two years in then you made a massive mistake

I saw that as well. Not sure who to believe with so much inaccurate reports. I’m curious when Kelly will do an interview or put out a statement. With his personality I bet he goes scorched earth and trashes lsu. Glad he’s gone

I defended Kelly SOLIDLY up until the Vanderbilt game when doubts crept in, then the 8&4 performance that had me ready to strangle the motherjumper.
After all that's come out, I'm in ABSOLUTE SHOCK that a major college coach could have put such little effort into recruiting and the job overall.
I am positive we had the slackest coach in at least the power 4, if not all of college football.
He doesn't DESERVE one cent of his buyout, even though it appears he will get half.
I say this with all sincerity: BK should be ashamed of himself. His behavior is what you would expect from a disgruntled cook at Red Lobster, not someone in his position.
This SOB went on VACATION during the bye week!!!!!!!

The more that comes out the more I feel like LSU is in the right using his morality clause against him.
I wanted to believe in Kelly but after the USC opener loss last season, I knew something just wasn’t clicking for him here. I remained hopeful because we were stuck with his dumb arse contract. Now I thought we’d just be stuck in mediocrity under him, not totally bottom out like this.
