She struggled but she is a true freshmen. The failure is not having any type of guard on the bench that could help her out. She was clearly dead tired by the end of the game. The depth showed in that quarter

Our shooters don't shoot enough. We went with Williams full bore down the stretch, no one else shot the ball and she failed tonight. FloJae and Morris were no where to be found in the last 5 minutes

She struggled shooting for sure. But she was excellent passing the ball and getting us easy points for our bigs. If she was on though, LSU would have won for sure. Rare off game for her shooting.

McKayla also had 6 assists with 4 rebounds and a steal, her shots were just not falling but next time they will. Lets focus on the positives.

People forget how awful Flaujae looked in this game last year. MK will be fine. I also think she was gassed, she barely could make it up the floor in the 4th

She played like a talented freshman. Growth/experience is necessary even for great players.
