Yeah I really would like to see Miller develop. Is he not putting in the work or have the motivation? IDK. He sure seems like he could be good with his size and movements.

I agree with most of this but people forget Reed was absolutely ballin his junior year before he got hurt against FSU

He was arguably the 2nd best player on that team (after cam carter)

Insane, we're going to be spending 12-15m on this roster.

Not gonna break it all down but you have a lot of conflicts in there with descriptions and the players you use as examples. Days was a good scorer but no one thought of him as long and athletic like a Tari Eason just for one example.
You also left out a LOT of offensive schemes Wade has run. Wade will adjust his offense to fit his players. That’s the sign of a good coach.

Did you use ai and mix in your own opinions for this

Is CWW going to adjust his style with these trends towards bigs? I'm looking fwd to next season, just to see some improvement.

Wade ran THREE different offenses in five years adjusting to fit his players. That’s rare and awesome at the same time.

This OP was AI Generated, but:

quote:

- Length and Athleticism Over Pure Skill

College Basketball is moving away from this, which is why a lot of really good athletic teams are getting beat by teams with more polished experienced/european players

quote:

- Not Post-Heavy

His bigs are "roll men". Outside-In offense. This does not work at this level. ALL Final 4 teams currently have true back to the basket Centers, they ALL average at least 10ppg. Wade has never had one(Reath and Bigby-Williams were not true Centers).

quote:

- Isolation Freedom: Allows Top Players to Create 1-on-1’s, Especially Late in Games

Also has been proven to not work.

These are the things that kept us from making serious runs with a lot of NBA Talent Wade's first stint. With The European takeover now alive and well within college basketball, the teams that use traditional bigs are the ones that have success over extremely athletic, modern face up or roll men bigs.

Take this as you will, but these are my concerns and the reason I hope he has evolved from this type of philosophy.

10 and 6 in 18minutes a game is very much balling.

What players he recruited at NC State are now considering LSU?

Think we’ll make a play for the 7’9” guy from FL.

No chance. Now, the 6'11" guy from Georgia that led the SEC in blocks? That's someone high on the priority list.

Heavily disagree.

Uh...no. Reed from Uconn is a true post player, you got that one right.

Michigan and Arizona will throw the ball in the post to Aday Mara and Montiejus Krivas when they have mismatches but the vast majority of their value is defensive, not offensive. Mara also does a ton of rolling and off ball stuff that ends up in lobs.

Tomi Ivisic from Illinois literally shoots more 3's than 2's. How can that be a "true back to the basket center"?

I'm commenting off what someone else posted, that they gathered from AI. Please enlighten me what offense/sets/actions Will Wade runs. Also tell me why he has never used a back to the basket Center to feature his offense...please expand on your brilliance instead of doing what you always do.
