Will Wade setting up McNeese to be a feeder program for NC State

Say what you want about CWW but he's a smart guy. Maintain a great relationship with McNeese, leave them set up to have continuity and stash players there who might not be quite ready for the ACC. McNeese wins by staying somewhat relevant and Wade has a pipeline of players who he can tap into. This might be the new way forward in college basketballl with the transfer portal.

Armstrong is not going to be able to maintain the success. More than that, Wade is going to be fishing in much deeper waters for transfers at NCSU. He’s not going to looking much at McNeese players.

While still acknowledging that Scott Woodward was absolutely right to fire Wade, I don’t wish him ill. He is going to find the sledding a lot tougher taking over a program that is third fiddle in their state.

Not a team full but take a few sure.
Look at Tennessee with dalton knecht and Chaz Lanier.
It’s a relationship that Armstrong is going to capitalize on and I bet some tweeners that Wade doesn’t take immediately he puts a word in to Armstrong.
