He is most likely waiting for the Federal case to be ruled on before moving forward. That case has to play out before the LA case advances.

Your statement of the facts means there is no argument that the threats in the suit caused LSU to act in any way, because LSU had already made the choice prior to the threats.

You either don’t understand the timeline of events, or you are pretending not to understand the timeline of events.

the deadline was midnight friday to finalize the roster LSU did that, and advised sanky of that,

LSU was protecting LSU, as would ANY other school would have done had the same THREATS been made against them,

These 2 players can't play football this year, because of that. which is costing them NIL money

oh they gonna argue and they will probably win

First, Judge Jordan won't make a ruling before a party files a motion.

Second, in its current posture, the N.D.Ala case has no impact on the 19th JDC case. Judge Jordan won't wait for it.

Third, the 19th JDC Plaintiffs have real and concrete losses as a result of the SEC's actions. Millions of dollars in losses. Tony Clayton could rip the SEC apart with just a few discovery requests that the SEC does not want to answer. I expect a settlement. The SEC's counsel is no better than 0-1-3, and the SEC keeps retaining them.

I really hope LSU is exempted from any monetary settlement. Let the 15 schools split the settlement between them.

Just here to Criticize.

I see a Stanford Tree . Did you go there? Cause if you did it explains everything about you. If you didn't go there why are impersonating?

So, LSU will not be asking the local judge because the SEC is holding it’s thumb on its head with the two “continuing” open threats they have set in place to dare LSU from doing anything unbecoming. Such bullshite to have to operate under.

It is all “moot”!

The civil case for the players definitely is not moot

They are going to pursue damages against the SEC and NCAA
