I don't trust your swamp king to accurately describe Joe Brady's "recommendation". I doubt very seriously that Brady said "Oh yeah, Jake Peetz would make a great OC". How could he?
The conversation was probably more along the lines of "Who do you think are some up and coming names with good futures on the offensive side"?
But your swamp king heard a name and ran with it, without making any other assessments, as we know he does.

He is stupid and can’t think of new material. He so stupid he fails to realize by continually saying he asked Brady’s advice on who the hire should be that he is admitting to asking advice from some who wasn’t even the coordinator here at LSU and had only been a coordinator for one season with little success.
In fact this guy giving him advice is just 3 years removed from being a glorified errand boy for Sean Payton getting him his morning coffee

I do not agree what O said at all. But most of the idiots here felt like Joe Brady was the golden child. the chosen one, the only reason we won the Natty. Just saying....Sounds a little weird that yall now think O can not give Brady credit for his recommendation...

To be fair, he’s said “it’s on me” so many times that it’s basically a meme around here.
The reality is that there’s nothing he can say at this point that will go over well. The best case scenario for him is finding the response that pisses the fewest people off. In the case of a reporter asking whether it was a mistake to hire Peetz (I don’t know the exact context, just going by the quotes in this thread) he should probably deflect or give some kind of non-answer. At least that’s what a media savvy coach would do.
But Orgeron isn’t very media savvy. He has no filter so he just answers the question. And when he gets burned by everyone for throwing Peetz under the bus, he’ll go back to saying “it’s on me.” There’s no in-between.

The latter of that is what pisses you nerds off the most.... fact that I don’t hate swamp king like y’all do.
The level of trigger that swamp king causes you kids is worth hanging around this place.
