He had the shortest wingspan of any OT measured at the combine since 2011. There are very very few, if any, "elite" players that 0 percentile physical measureables

0% tile wingspan for OTs
7% tile arm length for OTs

It doesn’t help when he’s playing next to another a rookie (who’s also playing out of position).

So? There’s been tons of people with all these and not live up to the hype. Just bc a bunch of clowns in the media think you’re great doesn’t mean you are.

He’ll prob be fine but a position change will likely bee needed.

He played terrible tonight and got his shite pushed in. You sunshine pumpers aren’t going to spontaneously combust or something for admitting that. You’ll be ok I promise.

Lester is a known idiot on these boards.

Will was a candidate for the all-rookie team before the injury as some other posters pointed out. I guess Lester and the other idiots on here don’t think he deserves any slack for injuring his MCL late in the year. His performance dipped after the injury.

Year 2 will tell us what he’s really made of.

There does seem to be a running theme on this board that injuries are an excuse, not causation for a player's dip in performance.

Patriots should have waited 2 years for Lance Heard right?

Wait; you think this is a flex?

You sound like chalky white. Yall made fun of me about Heard, who is actually good. And made fun of me cause I said Campbell was a guard. Now here we are, yall look dumb over both.

Will has some work to do. When the speed rush and the bull rush beat you it will be a tough road. In the NFL elite pass rushers are more the norm than ever. If you are having to keep help in for the left tackle, ouch.

Wait so it’s my fault for pointing out that y’all are hypocrites and not y’all’s fault for being hypocrites? Lol ok. Not every LSU player is going to be great. It’s ok to say that.

I don’t think a position change fixes anything. Campbell needs to get stronger and out on some weight. He really struggles with the bull rush in the NFL.

and against good edges? So does the speed rush. The Patriots and Campbell benefited from a fairly weak schedule and a cakewalk in the playoffs. He will have to figure it out, but getting good pressure over the left tackle has DCs salivating.

Well you see first hand what happens when you are not even close to prototype measurements. It takes much more effort to stop opposing players, having to be near perfect.

Whether that’s dealing with an injury, a false step, or a bad read. It takes more to mask errors and deficiencies when you are on the very opposite of the spectrum with your length.

He was really bad. How often do you have entire articles written about an offensive lineman?

He likely needs to move to guard. But he could also improve tremendously, he's just a rookie.

I really don’t think he’s strong enough to play guard in the NFL. He’s is a really tough spot.

Guy squats over 600 lbs and repped 225 35 times at the combine. He's a very strong dude. His body fits guard more and he will just get stronger and improve technique.
