1 minute left? Burrow isn’t walking through that door. Johnson, Jefferson, Lee, Jennings, Harris, all worse than Daniel’s. This board acts like LSU gets good QBs all the time. We are lucky to get one every decade.

2013 Jennings vs Arkansas. Can’t remember the time left. But it was a quick 99 yard drive

ETA: I’m not hating on Daniels. I thought he did a fine job keeping us in the game and hope for improvement making reads.

That was almost a decade ago. Point being a good qb is hard to find and our fan base acts like they grow on trees just because we found burrow.

What does that have to do with anything? You asked what LSU QB could lead a drive AND EVEN LISTED JENNINGS.

You fricked up, deal with it.

Daniels played well, especially given the crappy OL play all night.

Daniels' legs turned many sure sacks into big gains. No other QB on our roster could've done that.

The truly bad part was Denbrock not adjusting very quickly to a fast tempo, using a short, quick passing game. He finally did that in the late 3rd quarter and our last 3 drives were long TD drives.

Denbrock should've done from the opening kickoff, or at least after the first few drives. It was clear to everyone watching that long developing passing routes weren't going to work, with our bad OL.

I think the combo of the play calling and the OL being shitty created the issues in the first half. They seemed quiet a little in the second half. All in all, I thought the kid played really well considering. I would've liked to see him get the ball out a few more times when he just gave up and ran, but he was also under duress all night so I dont really blame him for trusting the one thing he knows will get him out of trouble.

I was frustrated with JD at first because it was 1 read and go but given the OLine he had, that was the best option. He really shined in the 2 minute drill

Forget the last minute. What about the other 59. One look and tuck and run isn’t the answer. Longest pass completion was 22 yards. Averaged 10 yards per reception. Ain’t going to cut it. If we’re going to run this crap offense we need pinpoint accuracy from the QB

Deep prevent will allow almost any QB to shine. FSU was giving him uncontested throws underneath the coverage.

Y’all don’t know much about football. FSU was in a damn near prevent defense because they were scared to beat over the top. That’s the only reason Daniels went 99 yards.

Our offense and Daniels more precisely was a tale of 2 halves. 1st half Daniels would not get passed his first read before taking off. Now the Oline was bad the 1st half and didnt allow him much time. After out 1st possession in the 2nd half it seemed our Oline protcted much better and Daniels made his reads and we scored 3 straight TDs. FSU was still sending 5 quite a bit until the last drive. Sure they still were a couple breakdowns on the oline but overall they looked better during the second half.

The replays from end zone view showed 1 guy defending the entire field and 6 guys guarding the deep quarters. He had 35-40 yards of open field to work with and the Rant is acting like he’s John Elway.

Daniels played well. The OL gave him no time to throw and no running game. He was able to extend plays with his legs. If he was a statue, I'm not sure we'd have gained a single yard.

Finally when Denbrock adjusted play-calling to an up tempo, short passing game, Daniels flourished. Our last 3 drives were all long TD drives.

The play calling and O line handcuffed Daniels, yet he still completed 74% and was responsible for 323 yards.
