We are following the rule of law and we are making our team even better.
No player is being cut to make room, we had spots available. The leadership council is good with it, green is excited to have another beast tightend

At this point I wish we would let it go and focus on the games.

We are willing to risk the negative impact and fight against the SEC about this by adding guys who did not get drafted into the NFL and weren’t even good enough to make a roster? We have the best TE in the country. Wtf are we doing?
WE aren’t doing anything. Taking away the snarky, “you’re not on the team” response, LSU at this time has done nothing.
There are no 5th year 2022 (non-redshirt) players on the roster. There are no “former NFL” players on the roster.
LSU is not involved in any of the legal proceedings.

Yep the only sec school currently involved in the legal mess as a school is now Mizzou and it’s them being sued due to the sec actions and their president and Ad being cowards.

We told everyone we would abide by what the judge says. But the other teams in the conference keep pushing and pushing. It's time to turn around and lock the door

At this point? You dont sit in a conference that plays rules for thee but not for me. Other schools in conference are STILL doing this much less other bs.
LSU is trying to win and THAT bothers some.
They already were pissed at LSU for hiring will wade back.
In other words, the SECs position on this revealed underlying tensions that wont be resolved either way, so yes..you dont let them set a precedent of,
See what lsu does
Not like what lsu does
Make immediate rules against it

Depth is an important thing nowadays. Quality backup Tight End and quality experienced interior defensive lineman are potential weak points for LSU so not surprising LSU trying to add quality depth.

Because literally every other team is doing it in some capacity. LSU is getting singled out because it brings major attention. The NCAA screwed this up until they fix it they can kick rocks.

We? We aren’t doing anything! you on the other hand seem to be panicking. Most Americans this afraid of standing up for something have emigrated to Canada by now!
