They have to be all molled up..otherwise eating Walmart Chicken Tenders using silverware over a table cover, while under a chandelier mounted to a pup tent..

I’ve never seen a sheeple society quite like Ole Mrs. It’s a bonafide breeding ground for rich white girls from Jackson (suburbs), Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Memphis, and Houston and wealthy farming family sons. There’s enough of them to ignore the fact that the rest of the SEC scoffs them. Also, these aren’t engineering/pre-med major femmes. They’re happy because their 19 ACT’s still allow them to go to an SEC university and pretend they’re somehow elite. No matter the dunbassity, Ole Miss will accept you — as long as they see the size of the wallet.
LSU’s standards academically aren’t much better but Bama and the Rebels and even the Razorbacks aren’t the least bit selective.

Ole Miss was built on idealizing the Lost Cause of the confederacy. They view themselves as Southern gentry of the antebellum era. Hence, dressing up.

Ole Miss doesn’t cost anywhere close to that for in state. Everybody from the delta that can fog a mirror applies there and gets accepted. That’s their entire base of operations their entire fanbase is Memphis to Jackson to Tupelo and then throw in for whatever reason a little bit of Virginia
