Take away that muff and we still win. Take away any of our ST gaffes against FSU and he's likely 3-0 leading a top-12 team.

I think we just haven’t had a good dual threat QB in a long time

He’s not dual threat. Just a runner.

Because LSU never plays the best QB. The best QB is always left on the bench

Burrow is the only exception in recent memory

Why can’t we give honest and truthful critiques of our QB’s play?

Do you consider comments like "he's not a dual threat, he's just a runner" to be an honest and truthful critique of a QB who's completing 70% of his passes with 6 touchdowns and 0 interceptions?

Pointing out deficiencies in someone’s game doesn’t mean you don’t support a player. It’s just identifying areas for improvement that will help the team possibly win more games.

This is an accurate statement.

He isn't an NFL qb. He's what we have and that's how it's gonna be. Hopefully we can push for 9 wins or so.

I’m supportive!

That doesn’t mean I can’t discuss him, shortcomings and all. He is a wonderful runner, but he is a God-awful passer.

Like you said, he is our best option short of taking the redshirt off Howard, and maybe better than that, too.

I am very supportive of daniels...the thing that us fans are tripping on is you had a guy who had an nfl arm on a team with nfl recievers and you bring in a guy with legs to run an offense that tailors to the guy with legs and not the nfl wrs...and the guy with the nfl arm is retired smh

Does not have an accurate arm.

70% completion says otherwise. the problem is the scheme denbrock wants to run in the beginning of games is terrible.

He runs frequently when he could have passed. He’s a runner not a thrower. Simple as that. Maybe it changes but he is now a four year starter.

Because it's painfully obvious that the guy doesn't have the ability to go through the progressions and locate open receivers. It's rare for a QB to be so inept in that facet of the position at this level. It's almost high school level. The guy is a gamer, and he seems to be our best option at this point. He protects the ball. I wouldn't trust Nuss to do that. It would help tremendously to establish a running game (not just in the 4th quarter).

Unfortunately, he was obviously piss poor. Two coaching staffs have bypassed him in order to upgrade the position.

i hate it when posters are so in love with a player no one is allowed to analyze his play without being labeled a hater, a racist, a domestic terrorist, etc.

fans are very, very frustrated that we aren't utilizing our greatest weapons on offense is what it is. and we just don't know if Daniels will ever be able to do it. he's got to be very, very comfortable to be able to see downfield.

Moo State made in uncomfortable in the 1st Q, and even though the Oline gave him pretty darn good protection after that he couldn't settle down, and thus, he couldn't see the open receivers.
