Why can’t LSU recruit pitchers like Rocker from Vandy?

From the overall program, facilities, history, ballpark...I just don’t get it.

We do they just sign and dont make it here. Rocker was one of the few that said he was going to vandy no matter what.

Vanderbilt has unlimited scholarships, LSU doesn't.

We sign kids that throw 102 but sign pro contracts almost every year. That’s why. And we don’t have much help in the pitching department next year because Pawl said we were ‘over loaded’. You know, the staff with no consistency and no left handed pitcher.

Bruh, we signed quite a few good pitchers, including some lefties.
Not to mention Easton McMurray should be back.

Like others have already stated, Vandy doesn't have the scholarship limitations. It's really that simple.
I can't believe Duke let that kid put up that kind of performance, though. He has a big arm, but isn't exactly refined at the moment. His ERA was around 4 coming into the game. Duke just made him look like prime Roger Clemens.

He’s not talking about signing guys that throw hard.
He’s talking about signing guys who will lay it out there for 9 innings in a super regional and not puss out after 2 with arm soreness.

Because everyone has 85 full scholarships in football. Seems pretty simple to me.

LSU can, but for some reason CPM can't recruit to save his life. The ones he does get on campus end up with injuries or get fricked up with all of the mental gymnastics CPM plays with them. frick CPM, he needs to go, and the sooner the better.
