Please explain the miss st and mizz losses. In what galaxy should those losses be ok? I swear some of you want to claim lsu is a powerhouse but then be OK with losing to the also rans of the sec.

I’m not blaming Coach O, but there is obviously a serious problem with the teams identity. Jamar Chase, Tyler Shelvin and Kary Vincent opted out before the season. Now Marshall and maybe Arik Gilbert. Gilbert is our biggest target in the receiving game and he wants to transfer, why??? Why can’t the defense play as a unit? Why does the defense seem to give up on plays and not hustle? Why are so many lineman so out of shape they can’t get on the field? Why does LSU need players only meetings to fix things? Does Clemson or Alabama need players only meetings? Shouldn’t the coaches run the meeting and motivate the players???
Why did Marshall have to hold a meeting and why did he opt out 2 weeks later? Why doesn’t our biggest offensive weapon want to be a Tiger anymore?? Why did so many players quit being Tigers?? What the frick happened to the Tiger Brand??

I agree with this unfortunately. As bad as it is, I don't think we'd have the stones to fire Orgeron a year removed from a national title even if it was warranted. Absent Orgeron being directly implicated in the Title IX case and us being able to cut ties without paying him, I have my doubts anyone at the university would have the balls to fire him with the "optics" of us facing an $80 million dollar shortfall due to COVID and trying to pay a $21 million dollar buyout in January. Too many politicians at LSU, just like they were scared to fire Miles in 2015.
