This kinda post really makes no sense and pisses me off. You really have no idea how good you have it.

Interestingly started by a guy who has been bitching non stop about the percieved negativity on this board. Ironic.

I like Miles and am glad he is our guy, but I have always had the most respect for Butch Davis. I wanted him here badly when Saban left.

Or fewer ... absolutely!

Guys,
is this not a bit out of step with the times?

One loss...even if embarrassing, is only 1 loss.

I know that no one is saying replace MIles,
but ??????

Let's face it......LSU wants a firey Defensive coach! We got use to that from Coach Mac. Saban brought back the glory of D. We don't want to win by luck, but by sacks! Just admit it. OC's do not make the kind of HC that LSU loves. Miles is okay and a sweet family man. Not a tough LSU coach. You know that you loved that mean look that Saban gave in an interview. The stammering and stuttering of Miles makes you think he is WEAK. Let me hear it.

Yes, I miss Saban too man.

Do you even realize that Saban had 3 or more losses every year except 1 and Les has yet to lose more than 2?

A lot has to do with "opponent's level" in the SEC in any given year and personnel...
Saban played a few years without his own players.
He did well

don't recognize your version of what I just said.
2000, 2001, 2002 are usually recognized as the 3 gimme years for a coach, where he is playing with other coaches recruits,
then his....2003, 2004.

I was about to blow a gasket...I hope no one mentioned Tubby in this thread. Spurrier shouldn't be considered either, unless it's for OC
