Who is the dude with the tie and suit with the wrestling belt?

I have never seen this guy before yesterday at any of the World Series games. And the yesterday at the game he is sitting behind home plate and apparently didn’t have a ticket. Because me and a few other people had to tell him and his buddies in a Superman outfit and a weird looking tiger outfit to get out of our seats. So idk nothing about this guy except he seem to be cheering for lsu. But he didn’t know anything about any of the players or the team in general. I love everyone who cheers for the tigers but damn don’t be a fake. And you show up for only the championship games and don’t know jack shite about baseball or the team. And he was so damn annoying just saying idk stupid shite. Anyway I was just curious to who these people are and if anyone knew anything about them?

We Cajun fans laughed at him behind home plate for the softball regional thinking we wouldn’t see him again only to find out he’s also a Washington fan. So, we got to experience him 2 weeks in a row. 
And now, he’s flip flopped back to the SEC purple instead of the one in Seattle. Must be nice.

He first started getting on my nerves when the cameras would show TGBFTL playing in big games or bowl games and he’s standing up dancing in front of the band.

He told his sister if she beat cancer ( which she did) he would be at every game. It spilled over to all big lsu events.
