Who is the best point guard ever out of Louisiana? And Mahmoud Abdul Rauf (Chris Jackson) and Pistol Pete Maravich do not count.

Ethan Martin ?
Joe Dumars was a shooting guard, right?
I'd say since Joe sometimes played point-it's him.

Shouldn't that be the assumption since neither was from Louisiana?

Randy Livingston, without doubt.

He and Jason Kidd were on the same level before Randy got hurt. Think about that.

I'd take Ethan any day. Could've been Livingston, but we'll never know.

I'd say Ethan Martin

Followed by Livingston (what could have been)

Johnny jones was highly thought of coming out of HS, called the bullet for a reason
