Nacho Albergamo was first team AA on that same line and RAlph Norword was also a beast.

Faneca's LSU years were before I began watching college football. Blame my dad, not me.
This pic I found of him is a gem. Looks like he's having so much fun.
And this pic shows pure toughness. All business.

Watch the highlights of the 1997 Florida game. Our QB Herb Tyler takes off on a 40 yard TD run on an option play and Faneca outruns him to the end zone taking out two Florida guys on the way!! He was a monster!

Nacho was a good center who represented the Shaw Eagles well. He was radically overrated as an All American. He was not one of the top 30 all-time LSU linemen. Cushenberry was a much better center than Nacho - MUCH better.

At one time, the most decorated olineman in LSU history.

Lance Smith? That's a good call
Lance was really good. He was better before Stovall fattened him up and slowed him down.

Good list.
Would add Trai Turner and Ciron.
Regarding Andolsek, no idea if available but go watch his Thanksgiving Day Lions game vs the Bears. Fridge was having a rough day.

Ralph Norwood was good, but I honestly would say Dr Joseph "Nacho" Albergamo.

Faneca was a nasty punishing blocker. One of my favorite recruits at that time out of Texas.
