Why would anyone downvote a true story about Kenny Guillot?

Ronnie Estay '70 who also was an all-American DT. Not many DTs punt.
And the GOAT Josh Jasper. Why so you ask? Because he could KO, on-sides KO, punt, fake punts, kick FGs (3 vs Bama in '10), and fake FGs off the bounce. Beat that trout sniffers!

Wings punt against BAMA in 2011 will forever be etched in my memory. We were sitting in the end zone behind Wing and that punt had the most bizzare spin I’ve ever seen. Was fish tailing all the way down the field, not pretty at all, but you could just tell that he kicked the shite out of it. Hard to describe. Any time I think of a great punt that’s always the first one that comes to mind

I’ll go with Wing.
Is he still identifying as a girl these days?

Clay Parker is a cousin of mine who punted barefoot in the '70s

Not sure but Helton had the best single game performance I ever remember seeing against Auburn in 2010.

I haven’t really kept up with him on social media, but apparently he made 9 months sober back in September. Good for him.

I was going to go way back and say John Adams, but you won that race.

I'll give the nod to Donnie Jones, with Zach Von Rosenberg, Chad Kessler, Jamie Kheen, and Brad Wing in contention.
Donnie Jones was actually drafted, in the 7th round. None of those other guys were drafted, or even played much in the NFL if at all.
He played in the NFL for 15 seasons and was a 2x All Pro.
He started all 4 years at LSU, and is the record holder for most punt yards as well as punts.
If you don't remember Donnie Jones had an 86 yard punt in the Blue Grass Miracle game 9 min mark
It's the longest punt in LSU history. He was standing in his own endzone, kicked it over the head of one of the best returners in SEC history, and pinned Kentucky on their own 2 yard line. The ball traveled almost 80 yards in the air (with the wind) before bouncing beautifully another 15 or so yards perfectly towards their goaline.
He followed that punt up with a 64 yard punt against the wind that had enough hang time to get a block in the back right where the catch was made, and the Kentucky drive started at the 8 yard line.
So he had one punt from inside our own 10 and pinned them on their own 2, then had another punt from our own 20 and pinned them inside their own 10. That's how you flip the field.

ZVR- Zach Von Rosenberg is the 2019 punter. Great dude and great LSU ambassador. Good twitter follow as well.

The greatest punter ever to walk out of the Tigers dressing room actually went to punt at Alabama!. JK Scott in August of 2013 as a soon to be high school senior took a recruiting visit to LSU the week after his visit to Bama. He was allowed to spend some time punting in Tiger Stadium on that visit and was so excited about the prospect of becoming a Tiger....only 1 thing....Miles said that they would love to have him but was not willing to give him a FULL FOOTBALL SCHOLARSHIP...would be able to only offer a partial scholarship. As the #1 rated punter and kicker by Kohl's JK took that as a slap in the face ..SABAN had offered him a FULL SCHOLARSHIP..so he proceeded to avg 49 yds per punt on 25 career kicks against LSU with 11 of 25 downed inside the 20 yd line ...long of 66 from his own endzone in the 2014 game that really flipped the field on LSU late in 4th quarter...LSU lost in OT 20-14... We just started giving kickers/punters full scholarships so the best is yet to come in career LSU punting stats.

Wasn't he a pitcher on the baseball team as well?

Kessler could bomb it. Never been around anybody like him. Also, the sound Wade Richey used to make when kicking a ball was unlike any kicker I had ever seen.

Probably. But as I recall, he got drafted to punt for like the cowboys and also drafted to pitch for some MLB team.
