I personally have a autographed ball from both YA and Billy ! In my living room. Along with my 2 and 4 year old at the time picture with the 1958 team.

Gotta tell you man, not the smartest idea I’ve ever seen posting an open auction for a relatively cheap, awesome piece of memorabilia you’re thinking about buying on a forum filled with people who’d love to have it. Get ready to shell out a few more bucks

Unless they are secretly marketing their own product.

I have the exact same ball and autographs. Mine looks a little faded compared to that one, but I’d let mine go all day for $150

A friend of mine send me photo of Coach Bertman dining at a restaurant at which they were dining, and I asked her to offer to buy his table a round on me if he would sign a cocktail napkin with a greeting to my son, who is an awesome baseball player and lifelong LSU baseball fan.

He proceeded to pull a baseball out of a bag and personalized it to my son telling him to “Keep swinging, Jackson!”

You have kids that were born in 1956 and 1954?

No, about a week before Hurricane Katrina they came to Shreveport. My youngest boy sat on the lap of Mr. Kitchen and my 4 year old sat on Coach Dietzel’s lap in a group picture.
