I really believe In Dave Aranda. He is the best D coordinator we ever had here and O didn’t make
Him assistant head coach for no reason. The second Aranda left the wheels came off this thing !

Aranda definitely deserves an interview. Each week it becomes more apparent that he was the glue holding this coaching staff together.

An unanswerable question as it's impossible to really know. But I think about it in terms of fit. I can't see the Cincy coach as a fit. I can't see Hugh Freeze as a fit. Why even say the name Urban Meyer because that's a total joke he's just a whore for the check.

I can see Lane Kiffin as a fit and first choice or I would take a chance on Aranda. Can't get those I would give Orgeron another year and keep the recruiting class and reevaluate the coaching landscape next year. When you fire him doesn't really matter in the long term if you just immediately hire another shite coach.

PJ Fleck maybe. He was a big name the first time around but was thought to need more experience. He has been at Minnesota the last few years.

Kendall Briles will start being connected to head coaching positions now that he’s been cleared of any wrongdoing at Baylor

Bob Stoops.

He certainly fits the Woodward hiring profile.
And I'll bet he could put together a pretty good staff.

(He is 61 years old, in case you're wondering.)
