You really think that the patterns of this team are suddenly going to shift tomorrow?
Is the team playing better than against FSU? Yes, but the schedule is basically ranked teams and UAB for the rest of the season. It gets much tougher starting tomorrow.

If you admit I was right about Will Rogers, I will reconsider.

No. I even conceded we may lose by 20+. What I’m suggesting is that due to extenuating circumstances, I’m not sure we can call them fully concreted “patterns” just yet. There’s plenty of room for significant growth. Or we may look back at the end of the year and see that who we are now is who we continued to be. I just think it’s overly negative to assume that as fact already on October 7th.

No doubt. I said before the season and still think that we could lose any of the 8 SEC games on the schedule. But I also think we could win any of the remaining ones too. Will we have to get significantly better to win more of them than we lose? Absolutely. I’m typically more positive than most fans on here and may be a bit unrealistic occasionally. But I see tons of room for growth as the season progresses.

That said, I think the one thing that could really derail that growth—and our season—is injuries at key positions. That’s every team every year, but I think we’re really thin depth-wise at certain positions—more so than a lot of fans apparently—and a couple of injuries could be devastating.

I’m sure you were, but remind me what we disagreed about. I’ve forgotten what Mom and Dad were even fighting about.

For some reason I am hitting an 8 with this one. Can't really explain it except that our team does not quit. I have faith.

I'm always nervous for LSU games. I'll take a Xanax and watch the game. I have no feelings on who wins or loses, but I'm pulling for the Tigers.

Talking about the patterns of the team in the 1st 3 games against teams with a pulse. Hope we come out tomorrow and jump them 14 - 0 in the 1st 5 minutes.
Just have zero expectations especially considering the roster BK took over was the worse since before Saban. Even getting a 6 - 6 season with a bowl game is progress in Year 1.

Based on that scale, I'm a -1 or -2. It's going to be. 14 or 17 point loss. I know this, but I'll probably still melt.
