What if Blue was talking out of his arse during that radio interview and was just speculating? He may not know...

Is this like all the times you swore up and down for the last week telling us that Hill would play against TCU?

It's been said before, but I love the way Les handles these types of situations. He doesn't feel the need to explain himself to the media or anyone else and because of that he takes a lot of flack. He handles it internally and holds his players accountable without throwing them under the bus in the process. Anyway, I hope we see Hill by the Kent State game. Preferably sooner, but I would understand either way.

we dont need to see Hill yet. He still has some catching up to do IMO as far as conditioning and getting touches.

BE PATIENT

then why in the holy hell would you waste the opportunity to get him low intensity live game action in order to help him get there?

LSU is out of camp, the only tackling they will likely do from here to Bowl Prep will be on Saturdays. He's the best player on the offense with the possible exception of Jarvo. He has got to get in there.

Les will probably make him earn his way back into the starting gig. Hill will get a few carries this week, about as many as Hilliard last week, and be the main RB by crunch time in week 4.

Clearly Alfred Blue is just a player and does not know the inner workings of Les Miles' mind, but he said in his post game radio show interview that Hill would be back this week.

According to some people here, Blue>Hill so why does LSU need to even play Hill?
